Bill Toughening Foreclosure Challenges Passes Quietly

Makes it harder but by no means impossible. This is total disgusting. It is one more flush of Main Street. It confirms my view that if Main street rights are upheld, Securitized Debt on Mortgages is in a super vice. Hell, it was vice anyway.

The bill, passed without public debate in a way that even surprised its main sponsor, Republican Representative Robert Aderholt, requires courts to accept as valid document notarizations made out of state, making it harder to challenge the authenticity of foreclosure and other legal documents.
