VIX - Investor Fear Gauge

Money continues to flow into the VIX. What does this mean? In general, it means skepticism or fear towards stocks is increasing. When the fear gauge reaches statistically extremes, observation of the trend will transition into close examination. The cumulative VIX has been quietly rising for weeks.
