COT Gold Review

The Diffusion Index (DI) set up the gold's turn in February. The red circle, confirmed by further declines at current levels, suggests that the end of quiet accumulation. The quiet accumulation phase is characterized by spinning fear.

Spinning fear -
Watch out gold bugs rather than buyers (helps to marginalize their actions), it's over-owned, over-loved, looks like the ultimate bubble, when it declines it falls down an elevator shaft, etc.

Now starts another round of A-B-C-D drama. A & C are up cycles with C the larger, while B & D are down cycles with D the larger.

The road map from here should be guided by the cycles of 2006.
